the hotel is near the station (just a minute or two). the staff was cute and accommodating, which i appreciated. i found it convenient there was laundry on the second floor and an app to check machine availability. i also liked that bedsheets and towels were changed daily.

I found that the rooms are really small. There was only space for one open luggage on the stool. room service quality could be improved, as the carpet wasn't vacuumed and used cups weren't washed. we also had different types of slippers (cheap paper-thin ones), even after paying extra for daily room service.

the hotel offers a wash and dry laundry service, a feature that allowed me to explore without concern for laundry. there is also a helpful app to check availability of the laundry machines, this is convenient. the lobby had european feels.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both western and japanese dishes, something i found good. the hotel's italian restaurant served very nice dishes and they had daily specials, so it provided variety. i thought the iced rose tea in the lobby was a nice touch.

the room included toiletries restocked daily and frequent maid service, quite efficient. i appreciated the magnets to indicate to the cleaning crew whether they should come in, this is a smart idea. the room was quiet and that helped me rest well.

the location were amazing. it was within two minutes from the nearest train station, just one stop from shinjuku station. many restaurants and convenience stores are nearby too. the beds was really comfortable, a big plus after long days.

the room weren't well thought out. i did notice some shortsighted design decisions. there were very little flat surfaces to organize stuff like meds.
